RPCS Manual

The Rakata Power Combat System (RPCS) launched in our simulation in August 2026 in beta mode. The Force HUD (Heads-Up Display) interface had existed since 2009. At that time, FCRS creator Cindy Kellner granted limited access to her system and released "no-mod" scripts, allowing any capable developer to create their own HUDs for FCRS. We were among the few to seize this opportunity—with valuable assistance from an SL scripter named Uber Rosca—and created our own. The new concept for this FCRS-based HUD involved a "Mass Attack" feature; while this deviated from official canon, it made combat far more spectacular and dramatic. Unfortunately, once FCRS ceased operations, further development of our Rakata Power HUD became impossible. But, as the saying goes, ideas never die. After years of using other systems, some players expressed a desire to revive FCRS or create a new system based on a rank hierarchy. That is exactly what we did—this time, entirely with the help of AI. The base script was created under my close supervision using Grok. At one point, Grok refused—yes, that can happen—to create a version linked to a server-side database. Development continued with ChatGPT, Gemini (which optimized the script, though perhaps too radically), and finally, the paid version of Claude. By early September 2026, a beta version for melee combat was operational, featuring rewritten Force HUD scripts and a health regeneration add-on (known as "bacta"). It took me two weeks of spare time after work to create it. I can't say it was easy—after all, I'm not a scripter—but thanks to AI, it turned out to be possible, and our RPCS is now up and running. A description of the system and its key features follows below. Every notecard handed out in world, in one place. Newest changes are at the top of each card.

RPCS — RUNNING A SHOP ON LEHON

For creators and traders who want to sell their work for Kredits.

Everything here is yours to change without asking anyone.

WHAT YOU GET

A vendor: a shop window with your goods in the middle and an arrow on

each side. Customers browse with the arrows and touch the item to buy. Payment is in Kredits, the currency of Lehon — never in Linden Dollars. When someone buys, the Kredits go straight to the creator listed for that item. You are paid the moment the sale goes through, and you get a message telling you what sold.

SETTING UP

Rez the vendor and open its contents. You will find a notecard called

"catalog" and, when you have added them, your goods. Put in: YOUR ITEMS The objects you want to sell. They must be copyable and transferable for you, otherwise the vendor cannot hand them over. A PICTURE FOR EACH Any texture. Upload it and drop it in beside the goods. Then open the notecard and write one line per item.

THE CATALOG

Each line has four parts, separated by the | sign:

Item name | Price | Picture | Creator UUID Item name exactly as it is named inside the vendor Price in Kredits, whole numbers only Picture the texture name, or a texture UUID Creator who gets paid — your own UUID, usually An example: SHOP=Ordo Armoury Beskar Pauldron|1200|pic_pauldron|a1b2c3d4-... Hunting Rifle|2400|pic_rifle|a1b2c3d4-... Ration Pack|75|pic_rations|a1b2c3d4-... The line beginning SHOP= sets the name above the window. Lines beginning with # are notes and are ignored. Leave the creator field empty and the Kredits simply leave the economy instead of going to anyone. That is useful for services and licences, less so for your own work. Save the notecard and the vendor reloads it on its own. It will tell you how many items it found, and it will name any line it could not read — usually a missing | or a price with a comma in it.

WHILE THE SHOP RUNS

Sold out an item? The window says "out of stock" and refuses the sale

instead of taking Kredits for nothing. Drop a fresh copy in and it sells again. Changing a price, swapping a picture, adding a line: edit the notecard. Nothing else needs touching. A customer who browses to another item while the confirmation box is open still buys what the box says. Nobody gets the wrong thing.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO — AND WHY

Nothing sold for Kredits may improve anyone's combat values. No extra

health, no extra damage, no extra defence. Clothing, weapons that look different, vehicles, furniture, tools, services — all welcome. Power is not for sale, at any price. The reason is simple: the moment strength can be bought, the people with the most time to grind win every fight, and everyone else stops turning up. That is the one rule we will not bend. Kredits also cannot be bought or sold for Linden Dollars, by you or by anyone else. If someone offers you real money for Kredits, say no and tell an officer. We have all seen what that does to a roleplay sim.

PRICING, IF YOU WANT A FEELING FOR IT

A new player starts with 100 Kredits. A full day of training earns 200.

A contract pays up to a few thousand. A tournament win is 1500. So: small consumables at 50 to 300, good gear at 500 to 2000, something remarkable above that. Price high and nobody buys; price low and your work is gone in an evening. You will find your level quickly enough.

IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG

A failed sale charges nobody and hands over nothing — there is no state

where a customer pays and leaves empty-handed. If a customer says otherwise, ask them for the exact wording in their chat and bring it to an officer.
